Include these details so we can understand what happened:

Your Slack workspace name and the email address where we can reach you.
What you were trying to do, what you expected, and what happened instead.
The steps that led to the problem and when it happened, including your time zone.
Any error message, relevant screenshot, or link to the Slack conversation.

Share only what we need to investigate. Remove passwords, API keys, payment details, and confidential information from screenshots and copied messages.
