Pricing

@Every bills for token consumption at API rates. Your workspace pays for the tokens it uses, at the model providers' own rates, with no markup added.

Each new person gets $15 of free usage from Every, up to $500 per workspace. No card is needed to start. Someone who uses up their free usage can keep going by becoming an Every member. Until they do, their usage stops.

Once someone is an Every member, their usage beyond their free usage comes from your workspace balance, along with usage from Slack apps and group tasks, which have no free usage. A workspace admin can top the balance up at any time, in the amounts the billing settings offer, or turn on auto-refill: @Every then tops the balance up on its own whenever it falls below a figure you choose, up to a monthly spend cap you also choose. If the balance reaches zero, that usage pauses until it is topped up.

Once @Every is installed, workspace admins can see the current balance, the spend so far this cycle, and every invoice in its billing settings.
